What we collect
Your e-mail address, name or company, password (stored hashed), invoices and payments (never full card numbers), the servers you order and their IP addresses, your tickets, the IP address and browser of your sign-ins, and whether our e-mails were opened. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Why
To deliver and run your services, invoice you, answer your tickets, keep accounts and the network secure, send you the notices the service requires (invoices, expiry, security) and comply with the law.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (hosting and database, EU and US), MailerSend (e-mails), Stripe, Heleket, ParityPay and GuluPay (payments), Tucows (domain names), HetrixTools (status page), Telegram (only if you use our bot).
How long
Account data: while the account is open, then 12 months. Invoices: 10 years (legal). Sign-in logs and IP assignment history: 12 months. Tickets: 3 years.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to a processing: from the client area, or by e-mail to the address above. You may complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
Only what is needed: sign-in session, language, anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), and a 90-day referral cookie if you came through a referral link. No advertising trackers.
