Refund & Billing Policy

- Refunds are credited to your rdp.monster account balance, never to a card, bank account or crypto wallet.
- Account balance can only be spent on rdp.monster services. It cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
- A delivered server is not refunded, unless we could not deliver or fix it after you reported the problem in a ticket.
- An order not paid within 3 days is cancelled. A payment received for a cancelled or already paid invoice goes to your balance.
- Before disputing a payment with your bank, open a ticket: a chargeback suspends every service of the account until it is settled.
- A service that is not renewed is stopped at expiry and deleted 5 days later. A deleted server cannot be restored.
- Upgrades, IP changes and promotions are not refundable once applied.
